Terms and Conditions

1 / INTRODUCTION
Carriage and all other services rendered by SKIVOL are governed by :
(a)) Applicable Rates
(b) General Conditions below
(c) The regulations , which shall be deemed an integral part here of.
2 / PRICES
Our rates are valid from 1 January and are subject to change without notice. Our rates include :
a) Balloon Ascents : The organization of the Ascension ( crew, support vehicle , transport) , the transport of passengers for hire insurance.
b) TAll products : They do not include: hotel stays ; , meals and drinks , trips to the place of rendezvous. Our tickets are not refundable (except specific option ) .
3 / PURCHASE TICKETS
3.1/ Individual Passengers
Ticket orders can be made by phone, mail or E.mail . The tickets will be shipped upon receipt of your payment . Accordance with the regulations and practices of distance selling , you have within 10 days of the mailing of tickets cancel your order. After this time no cancellation will be possible. Any request for cancellation and refund must be received by registered mail , with tickets and a Bank account .
3.2/ Groups ( 5 people)
Reservations must be confirmed us by mail or fax , the final number of participants with payment will be reported to us no later than 15 days before delivery .
4 / BOOKING
Except for refundable tickets , our tickets are valid for 2 years ( during seasons from early December to the end of April according to the opening dates of the resort of Courchevel and from 15 June to 31 October and between seasons by the displacements of the programe sarl skivol ) from their date of emission . During this period you must make your reservation by phone with the relevant starting point whose coordinates are indicated on the ticket. You have been informed of the practice required by the balloon (low wind, no storm conditions) and agree to the weather constraints . You should contact the agency yesterday for confirmation weather . If canceled due to poor weather, you will be asked to choose another date or, if you are alone, see what are the possibilities for future shipmen.
Attention, your ticket is activated when you informed the operator about one or more dates; you cannot change any more except by informing the operator 8 days with advance.
5 / CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF FACT From SKIVOL SKIVOL reserves the right to cancel a flight due to bad weather or for safety reasons . This cancellation may occur just before takeoff and in this case SKIVOL is in no way responsible for the expenses incurred by the passenger to get to the place of appointment (travel, accommodation, meals) . In all cases , the ticket remains valid until the end of its period of validity and another date will be set in agreement with you.
For tickets refundable , cancellation or postponement of the flight because of Skivol provides reimbursement of the ticket .
6 /CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT DUE TO THE PASSENGER
6.1 / REPORT
In case of postponement on your part, we ask that you notify us at least 8 days in advance.
6.2 / REPORT LATE OR NO-SHOW
In the case of late report ( less than 8 days before the event ) or no show at the place of rendezvous at the appointed time , the ticket will be considered consumed.
7 / REGULATION BOARD OF OUR AIRCRAFT
All passengers must have at least 1m20 high and be 100% independant
You must have your ticket to board our aircraft pilots are sole command , and as such have authority over all persons on board . They can at any time decide to disembark any person or cargo poses a threat to the conduct or safety of flight . They may at any time terminate the flight for safety reasons.
8 / MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE
SKIVOL may without notice substitute alternate aircraft. It can change the sites takeoffs provided on the ticket in case of necessity.
9 / SITES AND PATHS
Hot air balloon trips and sites listed in our literature and on our website are not contractual , they are indications to locate the area in which it will make flights . Given the random nature of weather and especially the wind, we can not guarantee the routes flown and sites.
10 / DURATION FLIGHT
The flight times shown in our papers and websites are for guidance only and are not contractual.
11 / INSURANCE
SKIVOL is covered for passenger flights against payment by an insurance contract with the Air / Meeting Allianz
12 / WARSAW CONVENTION
Passengers boarding for a trip are advised that the provisions of the known Warsaw Convention Treaty may be applicable to the whole of their journey.
Notice : For passengers on limitation of liability.
The carrier's liability vis-à- vis passengers in case of death or personal injury is limited to a maximum amount of 250 000 SDRs per passenger. Additional protection can usually be obtained by purchasing insurance from an insurance company . For further information , please contact your carrier or your insurance company .
Review : From limitation of liability for baggage or personal effects.
The carrier shall incur no liability for fragile or valuable items . Further information can be obtained from the carrier .
13 / JURISDICTION
In case of dispute , the competent court shall be that of Albertville
14 / RIGHTS
Pictures are not contractual . Reproduction of all or part of these materials prohibited without our agreement.
15 / ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions.
